FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a steel sheet coated with molten zinc alloy, having excellent resistance to blackening. Melt of zinc alloy coating layer is formed on surface of main steel sheet by immersing sheet in coating bath of zinc alloy containing aluminium and magnesium. Aqueous solution containing one or two or more of polyatomic ions, selected from a group consisting of a polyatomic ions, which includes V5+, polyatomic ions, which includes Si4+, and polyatomic ions, including Cr6+, is then brought into contact with surface coating layer of zinc alloy.
EFFECT: aqueous solution contains polyatomic ions in concentration 0,01 g/l or more on number of one or two or more of atoms selected from a group consisting of vanadium, silicon and chromium.
