FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automatic analytical control systems (AACS); it can be used in various fields of industry for the rapid determination of the content of valuable components in liquid samples in the form of suspensions, filtrates and solutions. A system of automatic supply and circulation of suspension and solution samples into a flow measuring cell of single-channel multi-flow analyzers consists of several units assembled from modules of two different modifications A and B, while: the module A is a dual module of an automatic device of vacuum circulation of two different technological samples; the module B is a dual module consisting of an automatic device of vacuum circulation of one technological sample and an automatic device for maintaining constant presence of water in a pipeline without pressure for flushing transport paths for all devices of vacuum supply and circulation of samples after the measurement with an X-ray spectral analyzer (XRSA). In the lower part of sample receiving tanks of modules A and B, two sequentially installed two-way diaphragm valves controlled according to a cyclogram are introduced, providing a change in the direction of circulation flows. The system also contains a switching device consisting of three two-way diaphragm valves mounted in a group on a tee, and an uncontrolled distributor of sample flows, made in the form of a comb of fittings for the connection with flexible hoses, according to the scheme, of alternately supplied flows of technological samples, moving using vacuum created by corresponding pumping devices, from two-way diaphragm valves installed on sample receiving tanks of modules A and B through the uncontrolled flow distributor to the measuring cell. Devices of control units are connected by a network between the module A and the module B, as well as to a programmable logic controller of the X-ray spectral analyzer (XRSA).
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and accuracy of measurements due to repeated circulation of the entire sample volume during exposure without foaming, possibility of performing various modes of sample circulation, and reduction in the required sample volume, as well as the use of standard modules and assemblies with the possibility of easy replacement, reduction in operational labor and energy consumption.
