SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mass exchange processes and methods of isotope separation of lithium, and is intended for use in nuclear power engineering. Isotope enrichment method Li-7 is performed by means of contact of two liquid phases amalgam lithium and aqueous solution of lithium compounds, which in counter flow in the contact system, the dressing is performed with step-by-step supply contact system, at initial stage of power supply source of isotope composition of initial raw material is carried out unless in lithium amalgam, leaving contact system, Li-7 isotope concentration equal to its concentration in the initial raw material , at the next stage power continued solution with high concentration of isotope Li-7, obtained by removal of part of the solution from the system vessel at the initial stage when concentration in it with high concentration of isotope Li-7, as well as by collecting fractions dump with concentration of isotope Li-7 above its concentration in the initial raw material accumulated at previous start installation, simultaneously started collection and accumulation of fractions of the dump for the next start installation; note here that power on both stages of dressing is supplied to the input of the solution into the column, nearest to the beginning of contact system, where concentration of isotope Li-7 is lower than in the feed solution.
EFFECT: invention provides higher efficiency of concentration of isotope Li-7 and reduced power consumption.
