FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to geochemistry, as well as to substance separation methods by using ion-exchange and adsorption mechanisms, and can be used for identification of mine rocks. An identification method of mine rocks as per isotopic cast composition consists in production of a solution of cast salts by multistage decomposition by using a mixture of mineral acids till full dilution of the test specimen, cleaning and extraction of a cast by means of an ion-exchange chromatography method, its enrichment with further multiple washing-out of ions absorbed on a cation exchanger by using a washing-out solution containing mineral acids and methanol, extraction of the obtained cast component to one leaned enriched fraction, as per which ratio of cast isotopes with mass numbers 6 and 7 is determined.
EFFECT: invention provides for full extraction of a cast at minimisation of its isotopic fractionation.
