FIELD: safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety systems preventing development of emergency situations. Method for prediction of emergency during accident on explosive facility involves using monitoring system. In test box model of explosive facility is installed, and on its internal and external perimeters video cameras are installed. Outputs of video cameras are connected to unit by means of which change of process parameters in model is recorded and registered. In ceiling part of opening of model is closed with explosion-proof element. Between explosive fragmentation element and opening three-dimensional pressure sensor is set. On both sides of pressure sensor located temperature and humidity sensors whose outputs are also connected to input of recording and registration hardware. Inner and outer surfaces of enclosures of the model are fitted with strain gauges. After processing of obtained experimental data one forms data base on development of emergency situation in case of accident at explosive facility and draws up mathematical model.

EFFECT: technically attainable result is increase of efficiency of process equipment protection and human resources.
