FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical and general machine building, in particular to safety systems preventing emergency situation development. Method for prediction of emergency during accident on explosive object involves using a monitoring system with processing of the obtained information upon the hazardous zone. In the test box a model of the explosive object is installed, and along its internal and external perimeters video cameras are arranged for video monitoring of the process of development of emergency situation. Outputs of the video cameras are connected to the unit, by means of which the processes of change of parameters in the model are recorded and registered. In ceiling part of the model an opening is made, which is closed with an explosion-proof element. Between the explosive fragmentation element and the opening a three-dimensional pressure sensor is set, the output of which is connected to the input of recording and registration equipment unit. After processing of the obtained experimental data an information data base on the emergency situation development in case of an accident on the explosive object is formed and a mathematical model is created to forecast prevention of the emergency in case of an accident on the explosive object.
EFFECT: technically attainable result is the increase of efficiency of process equipment protection.
