FIELD: safety.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety systems preventing the development of an emergency situation. Method for prediction of the emergency during an accident on explosive object involves using a system of dangerous zone monitoring. In the test box a model of the explosive object is installed, and on its internal and external perimeters video cameras are arranged. Video cameras are made in explosion-proof version, while outputs of the video cameras are connected to the unit, by means of which the processes of change of parameters in the model are recorded and registered. One records, by means of a system of analyzers of recorded waveforms of current processes, technological parameters' changes in the model of an explosive object. In ceiling part of the model an opening is made, which is closed with an explosion-proof element. Between explosive fragmentation element and opening three-dimensional pressure sensor is set. After processing of the obtained experimental data an information data base on the emergency situation development in case of an accident on the explosive object is formed and a mathematical model is created to forecast prevention of the emergency in case of an accident on the explosive object.

EFFECT: technically attainable result is the increase of efficiency of process equipment protection.
