FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a diode lighting device, a lighting unit of a vehicle having such diode lighting device and method of making diode lighting device. Result is achieved by diode lighting device (1A, 1B, 1C), comprises a device (1, 2) on light-emitting diodes, containing at least two open, series-connected light-emitting diodes (1), connected in parallel with diode device (2) for protection against electrostatic discharge, as well as device (4) for removal of electrostatic discharge extending in physical proximity to inter-component connection (10) between adjacent light-emitting diodes (1) of device (1, 2) on light-emitting diodes, device (4) for output is made with possibility of output of electrostatic discharge (S2) from inter-component connection (10) in area of low potential (21, 22, GND).
EFFECT: technical result is protection of diode lighting device from electrostatic discharge.
