SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in test benches. Loading test bench for steering machine testing comprises stationary table, loading lever with symmetric brackets, elastic tape with retainer arranged in guide cups detachable weights variable mass with elastic bands with retainers, steering machine attachment assemblies, bracket, two rotary tables with rotation axes parallel to rotation plane of loading lever. Every guide sleeve is located at equal distance from rotary table axis of rotation, distances from guiding sleeves axes to rotary table axis of rotation correspond to distance from rotary table axis to tangent to loading lever support surface.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce physical activity and labor input.
