FIELD: tobacco industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and device for producing package for bar-shaped smoking articles, having at least one outer layer. Method of producing package for bar-shaped smoking articles from previously subjected to printing on it or not subjected to printing tape (3, 3b) of foil, taken with coil (2) for strip foil, tape foil is stamped in inline mode and/or bending in accordance with operating rate (P) packing machine with further cutting to required size, wherein tape foil is wrapped around bar-shaped smoking article in packing machine, wherein working rate (A1) of block (4) for stamping, intended for stamping in inline mode, determining sensor (9) by determining structures (23S) of surface on tape (3, 3b) of foil for stamping unit (4) for stamping, and operating rate (A1) stamping unit synchronised with operating rate (P) packing machine, tape foil is package outer layer, which is adapted to accommodate bar-shaped smoking articles and fix package; wherein operating rate (A2) of block (5) for bending or operating rate (A3) of cutting device (6) are synchronised with operating rate (A1) of block (4) for stamping; and operating rate (A3) of cutting device (6) are synchronised with operating rate (A2) of block (5) for bending or with operating rate (A1) of block (4) for stamping; wherein that bends (21a-21e) a unit for folding on tape foil to required mutual positions on foil in comparison with embossed structures surface, and sections (22a-22f) are cutting apparatus on said required mutual positions on tape foil.
EFFECT: providing a method and device for making packages of cigarettes, small cigars or cigars, which would satisfy various requirements in relation to such packages, without using primary packaging, on one hand, and on other hand, provide more rational production of packages containing large variety of visible or almost invisible tactile or sound marks, which can also serve as a function of authentication.
