SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises embossing identification signs on packing foil and/or package in hot-pressing jointly therewith and applying logos by embossing. Note here that set of marks is embossed as a pattern at conveyor, read by appropriate device, compared with pattern and estimated by image processing method. Said pattern comprises symbols while embossing roller or rollers represent roller processed to pattern. Proposed device comprises, at least, two embossing rollers, read device and estimation device. Note here that one of said embossing rollers is provided with drive. Roller comprises some teeth to apply identification signs feature different shape, height or surface structure while other teeth are used hot-pressing. One of said rollers is furnished with rings extending in circle.
EFFECT: simplified identification, fabrication and expanded range of used foil.
