FIELD: heat exchange.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of energy-saving heat and cold supply with the use of non-traditional renewable energy sources, in this case – the heat of the ground mass. Disclosed is a method of controlling a geothermal heat pump system of heat and cold supply, comprising in cold period use of all zones of ground heat exchanger to extract low-potential heat of ground using heat pump equipment, and in a hot period, in the presence of a conditioning load, at least one zone is switched to cold supply of the building due to the ground cooling capacity accumulated during the heating season, and directly bypassing the heat pump equipment, which saves electric energy. At that, the other zones of the ground heat exchanger are used for discharge of high-temperature excess heat from the condensers of the heat pump equipment to the ground for seasonal accumulation for further use in the cold period.
EFFECT: proposed method allows to adapt heat and cold supply heat pump system operation to heat and cooling loads diagrams of a building.
