FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tubular prostheses for connection of anatomical channel. Prosthesis comprises at least two separate tubular elements and mechanical means for connection of said separate elements with each other. Herewith, mechanical connectors are sealed and comprise two connection parts with circular shape, each of them is attached to free end of separate tubular element; at least one seal located on one of two connection parts and made so that to be inserted between connection parts around hole formed by tubular prosthesis; and first and second lock ring, when separate tubular element passes through each ring made so that interact with each other to hold together relative to each other, two connection parts between which seal is compressed.
EFFECT: use of invention allows to reduce time for implantation of prosthesis and reduce haemodynamic risk.
