FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing crystalline form III of a compound of formula (VII-1), having characteristic peaks observed at the following values of the lattice constant (d) 8.32, 6.10, 5.98, 5.51, 5.16, 5.07, 4.85, 4.70, 4.61, 4.35, 4.20, 4.06, 4.00, 3.95, 3.77, 3.73, 3.65, 3.42, 3.39, 3.36, 3.26, 3.23, 3.13, 3.09, 2.99, 2.81 and 2.52 Å on X-ray powder diffraction diagram. Method is carried out by alternately adding a crude compound of formula (VII-1-CR) and ice-cooled phosphate buffer to obtain a solution having pH of 4 to 5.5, concentration after desalination with a synthetic adsorbent. Bringing solution temperature to 20–25 °C, then crystalline form III is inoculated, isopropanol is added and mixed.
EFFECT: obtaining stable crystalline form III of the compound of formula (VII-1).
