FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing crystalline form I of a compound of formula (VII-1), having characteristic peaks observed at the following lattice constants (d): 7.34, 5.66, 5.53, 5.30, 5.02, 4.66, 4.37, 4.28, 4.06, 3.68, 3.62, 3.47, 3.36, 3.30, 3.16, 3.11, 3.03, 2.99 and 2.50
on X-ray powder diffraction diagram. Method is realized by alternately adding a crude compound represented by formula (VII-1-CR) and ice-cooled phosphate buffer to obtain a solution having pH from 4 to 5.5; and concentration after desalination by synthetic adsorbent. Obtained solution temperature is brought to 20–25 °C, then seeding crystalline form I and stirring, followed by further addition of isopropanol.
EFFECT: obtaining a stable crystalline form I of a compound of formula (VII-1).
