SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of processing vegetable, animal, sea raw material or mixtures thereof. Method of producing solid product and liquid product from vegetable, animal, sea raw material or their mixtures contains following stages: a) heating of fine starting material by direct addition of water vapour, b) separation of heated initial material into solid product and water, c) heating and pressuring up of aqueous fluid and d) reduction of pressure water with generation as result of water vapour and liquid product, in which water vapour generated at step d) is returned to step a) for insertion into fine starting material.

EFFECT: method provides solution for extraction of additional water, arising in aqueous liquid due to condensed steam.
