FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to devices for scanning using multiple X-ray beams. X-ray device comprises a source, detector and first collimator, having a first working position, and a second collimator having a second working position, with that X-ray device additionally comprises a position sensor and device for switching on one of collimators depending on value of position sensor. Second version of X-ray device comprises a source, multiple position-sensitive narrow X-ray detectors, located in form of configuration of detectors, a means of scanning, a switched multi-slit collimator device, which is configured for switching between two positions, forming first and second configuration of narrow apertures, X-ray device additionally comprises a position sensor and device for switching one of first and second configurations of apertures depending on value of position sensor. Method of generating image of an object using an X-ray device comprising a source, detectors, position sensor, two sets of narrow apertures and device for switching on one of two sets of narrow apertures depending on value of position sensor, comprising steps of producing position sensor value characterising a boundary position of object, determination based on boundary position of object and using device for switching of two sets of narrow apertures to be used for forming an image of object, movement of determined one of first and second sets of narrow apertures to first or second distance and along propagation path of radiation between source and detectors, and generation of a source of radiation passing through certain one of first and second sets of narrow apertures to X-ray radiation detectors. Collimator device for use in X-ray device comprises first and second collimators located relative to each other at an angle different from zero. Second version of collimating device additionally comprises a switched multi-slit collimator device configured for switching between two positions.
EFFECT: higher image resolution in X-ray device.
