FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to magnetic resonance imaging systems. Medical device comprises a magnetic resonance imaging system, which comprises a magnet, a clinical device; and a slip ring assembly operable to supply electrical power to clinical device. Slip ring assembly comprises a cylindrical housing, a rotating element, on which clinical device is mounted, a first cylindrical conductor and a second cylindrical conductor, which partially overlap. Second cylindrical conductor is connected to cylindrical body, first cylindrical conductor and second cylindrical conductor are electrically isolated. Slip ring assembly also contains a first set of conductive elements, wherein each of set of conductive elements is connected to second cylindrical conductor, and a brush assembly comprising a first brush and a second brush, wherein first brush is operable to contact first cylindrical conductor when rotating element rotates about axis of symmetry. Second brush is operable to contact set of conductive elements when rotating element rotates about axis of symmetry.
EFFECT: inventions enables to attenuate magnetic field generated by slip ring assembly.
