FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: medical instrument comprises a magnetic-resonance imaging system, a transducer for performing mechanical vibrations of at least a portion of the subject within the visualization zone. Instructions are prompted by the processor controlling the medical instrument: to control the transducer so that it vibrates; to control the magnetic-resonance imaging system in order to retrieve the magnetic resonance data using the first impulse sequence with place coding; to control the magnetic-resonance imaging system in order to obtain navigator data using the second impulse sequence with place coding; to design a set of navigator profiles using the navigator data; to determine at least one parameter characterizing the transducer vibrations using a set of navigator profiles; and to reconstruct at least one magnetic-resonance rheological image using magnetic resonance data.
EFFECT: ensuring the possibility of reliable visualization of tissues.
