FIELD: nanotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nanocapsules and describes a method of producing nanocapsules of green tea extract. Method is characterised by using sodium carboxymethylcellulose as a shell and green tea extract - as a core; during the method implementation green tea extract is added to the suspension of sodium carboxymethylcellulose in butanol in presence of E472c surfactant, herewith the ratio of core:shell in terms of recalculation to dry substance is 1:1 or 1:3, or 1:5, then while stirring methylene chloride is added and the obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: method provides simplifying and accelerating the process of nanoencapsulation, while reducing accompanying loss.
