FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for rehabilitation of children with spastic ICP after botulinum toxin therapy. After botulinum toxin therapy segmented specific selective currents is carried out by means of “Lymphavision” preparation. In addition, daily physical activities on device with biological feedback “MOTOmedgracile” are carried out starting from 5 minutes on first 3 procedures, gradually increasing exposition to 15 minutes. 10 procedures are carried out with underlying drug therapy.
EFFECT: method provides more effective rehabilitation of children with spastic ICP after botulinum toxin therapy due to combined use of electrical stimulating effect and physical activity, which improves venous and lymphatic outflow in affected extremities, increased muscle strength, reduced spasticity, securing proper support and walking pattern.
