FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urologic surgery. Performing the parietal peritoneum opening, separating the bladder and prostate through the pre-bubble space, the prostate is dissected away from the bladder neck, recovering the seminal vesicula and deferent ducts, dissecting the prostate from the urethra and removing it, maintaining puboprostatic ligaments, an in-tilted fascia, perineal pro-perineal muscles and a Denonvilliers fascia, with subsequent formation of urethrocystoanastomosis between bladder neck and remaining urethra, and pelvic drainage by tubular drain tube. Bladder neck is fixed with symmetrical flaps excised from the intra-fascial fascia in accordance with fig. 4, which are fixed to the neck of the bladder laterally on both sides, proximal to the urethrocystoanastomosis, with an absorbable suture material.
EFFECT: method enables recovering the normal anatomical structure of the small pelvis, improving early retention of postoperative urine, reducing postoperative complications, and improving the effectiveness of the method.
