METHOD OF MEASURING FREQUENCY OF SIGNAL TRANSMISSIONS OF BUOYS IN SPACE SEARCH AND RESCUE SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC G01R23/00

FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and is intended for use in space segment middle orbital search and rescue system objects in distress ships, aircraft, separate or groups of people. According to method of measuring are performed using entire duration of signal transmission of beacon (440 ms), and not only in section length of 160 ms, by site radiation pure carrier frequency of radio buoy and full signal energy. For this purpose, modulation is received ground station (station for receiving and processing information from medium-orbit AES systems GLONASS, GPS and Gallileo) signals emergency buoys reliable digital information, included into signals transmitted by the same emergency radio buoy and recovered from received signal in demodulation and decoding, taken with opposite sign (signal remodelling). This converts all received signal sending by this radio buoy in straight unmodulated sine thus obtaining minimum possible errors in measuring its frequency.

EFFECT: proposed invention consists in improvement of accuracy of measuring frequency beacon signals.
