FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in coarse-grained transmission gears lubricated by fictile lubricant. Gear wheel includes body, gear rim with teeth and two circular pads with outer diameter, equal to gear rim tips circumference diameter and inner diameter smaller than teeth bases circumference diameter, and fixed on wheel ends. Pads parts between their internal circumference and teeth bases circumference, have rectangular shape in its cross section and fixed at wheel body ends. Pads parts to their upper circumference are made in form of shaped corrugated rings with corrugations directed towards wheel center, and fixed on teeth ends with corrugations ledges, coincide in view with teeth ends. Each pads section overlapping recess between teeth in its adjacency zone to teeth side surfaces, is made in form of two corrugations recesses, equidistant to these surfaces, and one corrugation projection arranged between said recesses. Projection value is reduced by value of gap required between pads inner surfaces and gear conjugated dual wheel teeth ends.

EFFECT: higher quality of gear wheel lubrication.
