FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in less loaded tooth gears. Gear wheel comprises hub body in form of profiled ring connected with hub spokes and rim, made in form of profiled ring from strap with width equal to width of teeth. External profile of that ring corresponds to the design profile of toothed rim of wheel, and this ring by one end face is secured at end of flat ring. Inner diameter of flat ring is equal to inner diameter of shaped ring. Spokes are located on side of same end of flat ring as shaped ring. They are fixed at end of flat ring between projections of shaped ring forming teeth side surfaces of toothed rim, at their symmetry axis, on sections of inner circle of radius of flat ring to of teeth apices with abutment to vertices and attachment to it. Ends of pins located in section between inner circle of flat ring and tops of teeth, are provided with extensions in wheel rotation plane, having profile similar profile composed by inner surface of shaped ring, between which ends of spokes are located. Broadenings and surfaces are attached to each other.
EFFECT: optimised gear wheel design.
