FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method for producing creatine nanocapsules in sodium alginate, which can be used in sports nutrition and animal husbandry, relates to nanotechnology. Method involves sedimentation of creatine nanocapsules with light petroleum from solution of sodium alginate in butanol, in presence of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of edible fatty acids, and one or two molecules of citric acid, while stirring at rate of 1,000 rpm. Obtained precipitate is dried at room temperature.
EFFECT: method provides reduced rate of mixing.
