SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, in particular to a method for producing nanocapsules, and describes a method for producing nanocapsules of dry extract of wild yam in a shell of sodium alginate. Method is characterized by adding dry extract of wild yam to a suspension of sodium alginate in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two edible fatty acid molecules and one or two citric acid molecules as a surfactant with 1,000 rpm, then 8 ml of acetonitrile is poured, the resulting suspension of nanocapsules is filtered off and dried at room temperature, while the mass ratio core : shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method provides a simplification and acceleration of the process of obtaining nanocapsules, a reduction in losses in the preparation of nanocapsules and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
