FIELD: electric power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power industry. Reactor comprises in each of three phases 1, 4, 5 two windings 2, 3, which by one lead are combined with windings of other phases in two stars, between zero leads of which is connected exciter 8, two ground throttles 10 and 11, each of which is connected to neutral leads of stars and ground 9. Novelty is that between second outputs of ground throttles and grounding there are diodes 12, 13 connected in direction opposite direction of current flow of exciter 8.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of power losses.
