FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to mining and can be used for electric fracturing. Device (100) for breaking of geological hydrocarbon formation comprises two packers (102, 103), defining limited space (104) in well drilled in formation; pump for increasing fluid pressure in said limited space; device for heating fluid medium; at least one pair of two electrodes (106) located in said limited space; and electric circuit for creation of electric arc between two electrodes. At that, said circuit comprises at least one voltage source connected to electrodes (106), and inductance element between voltage source and one of two electrodes.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of fracturing.
