FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions can be used for fracturing a geological hydrocarbon reservoir. According to one version, method includes static fracturing (S20) of reservoir by means of hydraulic pressure, and electrical fracturing (S10) of reservoir by generating an electric arc in a well drilled into reservoir. Static fracturing (S20) precedes electrical fracturing (S10).
EFFECT: high efficiency of fracturing.
