FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly, to gynaecology, and can be used predicting developing hemorrhages in females suffering from hysteromyoma. Method comprises determination of autoantibodies level to TrM-03 in blood serum. If its value in comparative aspect with average population norm is in the range from +11 % to +20 % or from -21 % to -30 %, the low probability of developing uterine hemorrhage is predicted. This is an indication for conservative treatment with further control of the said antibodies. If its value is more than +20 % and less -30 %, developing hemorrhage is predicted, this is an indication for surgical service.
EFFECT: method enables high-accuracy predicting hysteromyoma and selecting the most suitable method of treatment for each patient.
