FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to surgical and orthopaedic dentistry, and is intended for replacement of volume of bone defect of alveolar process and body of mandible. Method comprises obtaining a 3D image of a jaw. Making a plastic model of jaw on a 3D printer based on obtained 3D image. Using alloplant and plastic model of jaw, making alloplant bone unit and giving it required shape. Selecting fixing screws. Making a hole in unit for screws in required direction. Then an incision is made on crest in jaw defect area. Mucoperiosteal flap is peeled and recipient surface is skeletonised. Holes are formed in cortical layer of bone recipient with diameter 1.2 mm in amount of 4-5 holes per 1 square centimetre of surface. Alloplant bone unit is set on recipient surface and fixed by screws. Wound is closed with mobilised mucous osteoperiosteal flap. After 6 months, fixing screws are removed, bed is drilled for implants and implant is installed. Holes of fixing screws are closed with a synthetic material.
EFFECT: method reduces risk of postoperative complications and ensures maximum area of adhesion.
