FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: sinus stereogram is composed, which is used as a base for a transplant, transforming the pneumatized sinus to the sinus with moderate degree of pneumatization. Sinus surgical rehabilitation is performed. Alveolar cavity mucosa is removed. The transplant is installed. 10.0 mm long dental implants are installed into the alveolar bone and transplant, provided that the apical portions of implants are positioned at a depth of at least 2.0 mm from the transplant surface.

EFFECT: method allows to improve the quality of specialized medical care for patients with edentulous maxilla in the presence of maxillitis, providing significant reduction of treatment time, due to dense installation of an implant of the required size.
