FIELD: medicine; surgical dentistry.

SUBSTANCE: incision is made along the top of the alveolar ridge in the area of the planned bone grafting. The mucoperiosteal flap is exfoliated. The tooth is extracted. The hole is inspected. From the extracted tooth, an autogenous dentin block (ADB) is formed according to the shape and size of the bone defect being replaced. At the same time, a bevel is formed along the entire perimeter of the prepared ADB at an acute angle of 35-60°. Through perforations are applied across the entire area in a checkerboard pattern. The prepared ADB is placed in a 2% Chlorhexidine solution for 15 minutes. The implant site is perforated, and a bevel is formed along its perimeter at an obtuse angle of 145-120°, congruent to the previously formed ADB bevel. After the antiseptic treatment is completed, the resulting material is placed in the defect area and fixed with two mini-screws. Next, the mucoperiosteal flap is positioned in place and secured with synthetic braided suture material. A course of antibacterial therapy is prescribed for 5 days.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce the invasiveness of osteoplastic operations while increasing the volume of alveolar bone and dental implantation, shorten the operation time, reduce the risk of intra- and postoperative complications, and speed up the rehabilitation period for patients.
