SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Method of filling cache memory and commands output to execute involves filling commands cache memory and execution commands output, separation of array of cache memory into sections, movement of each line of main memory in cache memory and placing in a certain line section, which is determined by selection of sections, wherein cache memory filling is conducted by placement of line in section, subsequent section, in which lies previous line, wherein subsequent rows are placed in cyclic sequence to set flag and execution commands output is performed from two sections simultaneously in presence of said flag.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of cache memory by increasing speed of issuing instructions without increasing capacity of storage devices.
