FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, particularly to method of collecting samples of sunflower with high yield, envisaging: extraction plant and soil samples, determination by means of stocks of soil moisture soil horizon 0-100 cm, area of leaf surface, dry substances content in sunflower plants, moisture consumption by plants for preset period and pure photosynthesis productivity, determination of coefficient of soil moisture consumption per unit of pure photosynthesis productivity, as well as selection of highly productive samples of sunflower plants.
EFFECT: invention allows effective selection of samples of sunflower with high yield.
