FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio measuring equipment and can be used in digital oscilloscopes, panoramic radio receivers and in the equipment of monitoring and analysis of parameters of radio-frequency radiation sources. Device comprises radio pulse ADC (IF channel) 1.1, video pulse ADC (Video channel) 1.2, smoothing and decimation device 4, detector 5, switch 7, primary and secondary parameters measurers 6 and 9, respectively, data transmission controller 8, selectors by amplitude and pulse duration 10.1 and 10.2, respectively, memory unit 11. Herewith the Video ADC output is connected to the smoothing and decimation device, which output is connected to the detector, output of the detector is connected to the primary parameters measurer, herewith the signal from IF channel ADC 1.1 output is delayed in delay line 3 and synchronously with the Video channel signal is transmitted to the input of switch 7, which output is connected to data transmission controller 8, output of the controller is connected to secondary parameters measurer 9, which output is connected to amplitude selector 10.1, amplitude selector output is connected to pulse duration selector 10.2, and the output data is stored in memory unit 11.

EFFECT: technical result is the expansion of measured pulse parameters range and the increase of the system sensitivity.
