FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: two-channel device for measuring amplitude-temporal and frequency parameters of signals contains a clock pulse generator (CPG) and a delay line generator. The achievement of the technical result is ensured by the introduction of analog-to-digital converters ADC FC11.1, ADC FC 21.2, and digital detectors 3.1 and 3.2, devices for smoothing and decimating 4.1 and 4.2, detectors 6.1 and 6.2, frequency meters 7.1 and 7.2, primary parameter meters 8.1 and 8.2, a commutator of measurement results 9.1, a commutator of selection results 9.2, a data transferring controller 10, a secondary parameter meter 11, an amplitude, duration and carrier frequency selectors 12.1, 12.2 and 12.3, a memory unit 13 connected in accordance with the flowchart of fig. 1.

EFFECT: increasing the number of measurement channels to two, qualitative expanding the list of measured impulse parameters and increasing the sensitivity of the system.
