FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to investigation of particles by IR spectroscopy, in particular, to methods of express-analysis of polymer composites. In method of determining orientation anisometric particles of filler in volume of polymer matrix if observing condition |nm-nn|>0, where nm and nn are refraction indices of matrix and filler, respectively, by recording IR transmission spectra at irradiation composites at different angles with IR-radiation source. Then, conversion of obtained spectra in curves of distribution of filler particles size and identification of extreme values of filler particles size distribution curves of angle of orientation of particles in volume of polymer matrix.
EFFECT: technical result is development of IR spectroscopic express method of determining orientation anisometric of filler particles in volume of polymer matrix.
