SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to medicine, particularly to a method for immunotherapy of solid tumours. Method for immunotherapy of solid tumours involves the following steps: vaccinating a patient with a combination of an exosomes preparation and P-type oligodesoxynukleotide, wherein the preparation contains exosomes recovered by K562/i-S9 cell culture, and contains protein, CEA and 5T4 antigens, ligands FasL and TRAIL, and the P-type oligodesoxynukleotide represents a sequence of nucleotides GGGGCGCCGTGATGGCGAGCGCGCC, the said combination is introduced subcutaneously for at least 2 months and at least 1 time a week in an effective amount, preferably in doses of 0.01-0.04 mg/kg each. Preparation of exosomes recovered by K562/i-S9 cell culture containing as per the immune-enzyme analysis data protein, CEA and 5T4 antigens, ligands FasL and TRAIL in certain proportions.

EFFECT: use of the above described preparation increases the level of immune response and reduces the titre of tumor markers in volunteers.
