SUBSTANCE: method includes receiving a biological sample from a subject; measurement of RISC-protein level in the exosome fraction of the sample and/or processing activity of primary microRNA or processing activity or microRNA precursor in the exosome fraction of the sample and reference sample; identification of the fact that the subject has a cancer biomarker, based on (i) the detection of RISC-protein in the exosome fraction of the sample, obtained from the subject, or (ii) identification of microRNA processing activity in the exosome fraction of the sample, which is not in the reference sample.
EFFECT: increase in the effectiveness of the invention in the diagnostics of cancer.
