SUBSTANCE: invention refers to diagnosing a malignant tumour. The invention refers to a method for trapping, detecting, describing and measuring human exosomes in small volumes of human fluids with using sandwich ELISA procedure. The method can be applicable for screening, diagnosing and predicting tumours in a simple plasma sample. Circulating exosomes are measured simultaneously to obtain tumour mass size information in a patient.

EFFECT: method enables describing a preparation of exosomes completely, thereby providing an instrument to differentiate a disease-related condition and health.
