FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be conduction of diaphragmatic breathing by patients during treatment of chronic diseases of abdominal cavity, back, and other locations, including purpose of training correct diaphragm breathing. Patient performs diaphragmatic breathing, and simultaneously receives physical action on his/her abdominal cavity with load. For this purpose, round shape load of specified weight from 0.4 to 12 kg and specified diameter up to 15 cm is placed in turn on patient's abdominal wall zones in recumbent position: epigastric, left hypochondrium, right hypochondrium, left iliac region, right iliac region, suprapubic, and paraumbilical zones. Exposure on each zone is performed during at least 3 breathing cycles of diaphragmatic breathing.
EFFECT: method provides training diaphragmatic breathing using all areas of diaphragm, with simultaneous acceleration of patient transition process to only diaphragmatic breathing, with recovery of abdominal pressure, normalisation of blood circulation in abdominal cavity, small pelvis, vessels of back, cervical and collar zone, and reduced perfusion pressure.
