FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treating locomotor diseases, preferably without exacerbations, for example, lumbodynia, thoracodynia and other chronic locomotor diseases, including the ones accompanied by pain syndrome. Patient's body is physically effected with a load. Round shape load of specified weight from 1 to 8 kg and specified diameter of up to 15 cm is placed in turn on patient's abdominal wall zones in recumbent position: epigastric, left hypochondrium, right hypochondrium, left iliac region, right iliac region, suprapubic, and paraumbilical zones. Herewith the exposure on each zone is performed for 3-8 breathing cycles of diaphragmatic breathing.
EFFECT: method provides high clinical effectiveness in treating diseases of this group in the form of reducing the period of achieving therapeutic effect (remission) with simultaneous reduction of pain presence time.
