FIELD: measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: unit of for nano-calorimetric sensor holder is intended for installation on X-Y table of optic microscope and conducting in-situ study morphology and thermo-physical properties of materials of different types. Holder unit represents plate made of inert material, on which there is possibility of rigid spatial attachment electric board connector providing transition from 20-pin nano-calorimetric sensor holder to 25-pin D-Sub connector of control unit. This board has possibility of rigid spatial fixation on X-Y object table of most known optical microscopes. Additionally, this holder has possibility of rigid fixation of thermocouple nearby working area of nano-calorimetric sensor.

EFFECT: development of universal holder unit, which reduces noise produced analogue signals and can be integrated in device for measuring thermo-physical and/or morphological parameters.
