FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: holder unit of nano-calorimetric sensor is intended to accommodate diffractometer on X-Y-Z propulsor (table), enables carrying out experiments with simultaneous application of these methods, which allows performing in-situ investigation of structure and thermo-physical properties of materials of different types. Holder represents plate made of inert material, on which there is possibility of rigid spatial attachment of electric board providing transition from 20-pin nano-calorimetric sensor holder to 25-pin D-Sub connector of nano-calorimeter control unit. Said board has possibility of rigid spatial fixation on any X-Y-Z standard structures propulsor used in x-ray diffractometers.
EFFECT: possibility of rigid fixation of thermocouple nearby working area of nano-calorimeter and reduced noise of electric signals of device.
