FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to scientific instrument making, namely to devices for fixing specimens during research. Sample holder block, intended for carrying out combined measurements by means of X-ray structural analysis in a sliding beam and additional physico-chemical methods of investigation, is a metal case, in which a heating element is mounted on a ceramic screen, and equipped with a removable top cover, equipped with a window to ensure the UV-irradiation of the test sample, and flexible carts for connection with an electronic unit of the temperature control device. Additionally, on this sample holder block, it is possible to connect a purge system to create an atmosphere above the sample with certain parameters, such as humidity, saturated vapor of solvents with different polarity.

EFFECT: technical result consists in expanding the possibility of applying methods for studying the structural parameters of the material and ensuring reliable fixation of the sample in the required position.
