SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to folding articles. Apparatus for folding comprises receiving roll, folding roller and oscillating component. Receiving roller has a drive unit for rotation of roller with variable surface speed in first rotation direction. Receiving roller is configured to selectively hold on itself first and second part of article. Folding roller is equipped with drive unit for rotation of station roller with variable surface rate in second direction of rotation. Second rotation direction is opposite to first one. Folding roller is configured to selectively hold on itself first part of product. Oscillating element is configured to transfer first part of product with receiving roller on folding roller. Oscillating component has a drive unit for transfer of oscillating component with variable surface speed in first and second directions.

EFFECT: high reproducibility of positioning at high speeds.
