FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: slab is produced in A continuous casting machine from steel containing in wt %: C 0.0050 or less, Si more than 3.0 and 5.0 or less, Mn 0.10 or less, Al 0.0010 or less, P more 0.040 and 0.2 or less, N 0.0040 or less, S 0.0003 or more and 0.0050 or less, Ca 0.0015 or more and at least one element selected from Sn and Sb in total 0.01 or more and 0.1 or less, the rest Fe and unintentional impurity, then the slab is heated and subjected to hot rolling to produce a hot rolled steel sheet; the hot rolled steel sheet is annealed in hot band at temperature 900 °C or higher and 1,050 °C or lower and cooled at the rate of 5 °C/s or higher. After it has been annealed the sheet is subjected to etching, then single cold rolling till it reaches the desired thickness and the final annealing.
EFFECT: high magnetic flux density and excellent efficiency at low costs.
