SUBSTANCE: invention relates to beverages containing water, collagen and at least one additive. Collagen concentration range makes approximately from 0.001 grams per liter to 8.44 grams per liter. Invention also relates to a beverage containing a transparent colorless liquid containing hydrolysed bovine collagen, crystalline fructose, a fruit fragrance, citric acid, a powder mixture of vitamins and minerals. Optimum concentration of hydrolysed collagen in the beverage is clear to the taste and completely corresponds to the neutral taste of pure drinking water.
EFFECT: beverage with collagen and additional additives; beverage does not load the consumer with additional calories.
